Small Sweet 16 IDEAS PLEASSE!!!?

I want to have a small sweet sixteen about 10 girls including myself i live fairly close to LA. I have a budget of about 300 dollars. i do NOT want a party. i can have a limo or use our RV. NO sleepovers. its in august so its hot! ANY IDEAS...dont limit yourself to the beach please :)
