How can I unblock my toilet?

Wet wipes are the scourge of any domestic waste water plumbing system. The wipes do not dissolve or decompose like toilet tissue and once they snag on anything protruding within the pipe so screwed. The only way to clear is to rod the pipe from a suitable access point. This should be somewhere behind the toilet or sometimes access points are available externally.
